张宝菊 教授

1.个人简历

女,1968年4月生,工学博士,教授,天津市教学名师,天津市三八红旗手,天津市政协委员。张宝菊1990年毕业于真钱世界杯买球,获物理学专业本科学位,1993年真钱世界杯买球获得教育技术学硕士学位,2002年毕业于天津大学电子信息工程学院,获得工学博士学位,后进入天津大学博士后流动站于2004年出站。一直从事数字音视频技术、信号与信息处理等领域研究工作,提出了“改进层式DCT”等视频压缩算法。2003年暑期赴英国剑桥大学进行双语教学的研修,多次赴美国德州大学阿灵顿分校访学,现为真钱世界杯买球/真钱世界杯买球经理,天津市“无线移动通信与无线电能传输”重点实验室常务副主任,电子信息科学与技术专业负责人,天津市“电子与通信工程”实验教学示范中心主任,天津市“人工智能创新教育”科普基地负责人,“智能通信与信号处理”教学团队带头人,中国电子科技大学合作博士生导师,顶尖级别国际会议TPC CO-CHAIR。同时为天津市青年教师基本功大赛理科评委,兼任天津市通信学会高教分会理事、天津市电视技术学会理事、天津市教委物理教学专业委员会会员。近年来指导硕士生多名,其中10名获得真钱世界杯买球优秀硕士毕业论文,一名员工获得国家级奖学金;还参与了天津大学博士生培养。

主要讲授《视频信号基础与应用》、《C语言程序设计》和《数字电视原理》《计算机概述(双语)》等课程。主持并完成天津市教委重点教改课题。现主持教育部第二批新工科研究与实践项目;天津市虚拟教学项目;真钱世界杯买球首批教学成果奖重点培育项目、重点教改项目、一流本科课程、“课程思政”优质课程。
